Sales Meetings Agenda

Two meetings a week. Monday prepares the team to win. Friday learns from what happened.

Monday

Prepare to win

Scoreboard

0:00 – 0:10
  • Leads
  • Demos booked
  • Demos sat
  • Deals won
  • Close rate
  • Follow-ups open
  • Results by source and rep

Identify the biggest constraint for the week.

Active opportunities

0:10 – 0:25

Each rep brings their two most important opportunities:

  • What does the prospect want?
  • What problem did they uncover?
  • Who makes the decision?
  • What is blocking the sale?
  • What happens next?
  • When should the decision occur?

The team discusses how to advance the opportunity using the actual prospect, not a fictional scenario.

Call breakdown

0:25 – 0:40

Listen to one real five-minute call clip. Choose a moment involving:

Pick a moment
  • Discovery
  • Demo transition
  • Price
  • Objection
  • Close
  • Follow-up
Discuss
  • What happened?
  • What was the prospect really saying?
  • What did the AE miss?
  • What could have been said more clearly?
  • What should happen next?

The rep does not need to reenact anything. The team simply determines the stronger approach.

Sales deck training

0:40 – 0:52

Pick one slide or beat from the CHIIRP sales deck and drill it as a team:

  • Slide 01 — Discovery and buyer sort (partnership vs ad lead)
  • Slide 02 — Framing the four opportunity calculators
  • Slide 03 — Running the calculator live without stalling
  • Slide 04 — Landing the annualized reality number
  • Slide 05 — Why CHIIRP story and the 450M message anchor
  • Slide 06-08 — How it works, tactics, and real results
  • Slide 09 — Cost compare vs a $60K coordinator
  • Slide 10-11 — Setup and pricing without discounting
  • Slide 12 — Closing to the decision-involvement bucket
  • Transitions between slides and handling interruptions

One rep runs the beat live. The team gives one thing to keep and one thing to sharpen.

Weekly focus

0:52 – 1:00

Agree on one team-wide behavior based on the data and call review. Examples:

  • Identify all decision makers early.
  • Quantify the estimate backlog.
  • Stop showing irrelevant features.
  • Explain implementation before asking for the sale.
  • Never end a call without a scheduled next step.

Each rep names the real call or opportunity where they will apply it.

Friday

Learn from what happened

Weekly results

0:00 – 0:10

Review:

  • Demos booked
  • Shows and no-shows
  • Sales
  • Lost deals
  • Pending decisions
  • Close rate
  • Opportunities without next steps

Determine whether Monday's focus showed up in the calls.

Rep debriefs

0:10 – 0:20

Each rep answers:

  • What worked this week?
  • Where did you get stuck?
  • What did prospects keep saying?
  • Which opportunity do you want help with?

Won versus lost call review

0:20 – 0:42

Listen to two short clips:

Clips
  • One from a won or strongly progressing call
  • One from a lost or stalled call
Compare
  • Quality of discovery
  • Prospect talk time
  • Financial impact uncovered
  • Decision process
  • Relevance of the demo
  • Confidence in the recommendation
  • Clarity of the next step

The point is to identify observable differences between calls that advance and calls that stall.

Lost and stalled deals

0:42 – 0:52

Review deals lost or approaching 14 days:

  • What was the real reason?
  • When did the problem first appear?
  • Is it genuinely lost?
  • Is another stakeholder missing?
  • Is there a useful follow-up asset?
  • Is there a scheduled decision event?

Every open opportunity leaves with an owner, action, and date.

Capture the learning

0:52 – 1:00

Finish with:

  • Best question asked this week
  • Best explanation used
  • Most common objection
  • Biggest process failure
  • Topic that needs attention on Monday

Add the useful language to a shared CHIIRP sales library.

The operating loop

Review real numbers → inspect real calls → solve real opportunities → capture what works → repeat.
